Planning & Zoning Application Schedule

To allow Town Staff sufficient time to review a final plan submission and return comments to the applicant ALL final place must be submitted to the Town of Cheswold Land Use Administrator by the Final Plan Submission Date Deadline.
In order for a project to be advertised for final plan approval, ALL AGENCY approvals must be submitted to the Town of Cheswold Land Use Administrator by the Advertising Deadline date.
