8/16/13 Speeding leads to Heroin Arrest
On 8/16/13 @ approx. 1620 hours Cpl. Louis Simms was conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Main St (Rt 42) and Fox Pointe Rd in the Town of Cheswold when he clocked a vehicle for travelling at 36 MPH in a 25 MPH Residential Zone. Cpl. Simms left his vantage point and made a vehicle stop on a 2003 Hyundai Elantra being driven by a male identified as Brice M. Hall, a 38 yr old B/m from Dover, DE. While speaking with Mr. Hall, Cpl. Simms detected that he was acting in a nervous manner. After checking Mr. Hall’s Delaware driver’s license through DELJIS he found that the driver had a suspended driver’s license and had an outstanding warrant.
