Prior to the regularly scheduled Town Council meeting, the yearly Organizational Meeting will be held.   At this meeting, the returning Council members will be sworn in for a two, (2), year period; a Mayor will be selected by the Council for a one, (1), year period and the newly selected Mayor will make official appointments of the Vice-Mayor and Secretary/Treasurer.
