  • Guide the future growth and development of the Town Cheswold in accordance with the

 

Comprehensive Plan:

  • Promote the health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the community
  • Secure safety from fire, panic and other dangers
  • Provide adequate light and air
  • Facilitate the adequate provision of transportation, water, sewerage, schools, parks and other public requirements
  • Conserve the value of land and buildings
  • Encourage the most appropriate uses of land
